Wow, the Mosconi Cup shown on TV here in the States!
...
2005 is beginning to look like a great year for pool!

Here in Canada too JAM  Why just a couple of days ago on our TSN channel I saw Earl beat Danny Harriman in a semifinal at that World Summit tournament they held in Grand Central Station in NYC!

Now I understand the tone of those posts about the last 9 ball Earl potted. After the kick etc., that 9 Ball hit the short rail over a diamond from the pocket and still slopped in, unbelieveable ! Were the pockets really that big ???

Hard to say if one of our Canuk cable channels will pick up the Mosconi Cup, does anyone know ?

Dave

Just caught it ...

Just caught the first hour yesterday as Archer and Gabe were finishing off
Mika and Chamas. Chamas was not impressive. Gabe is a personal friend, as is the rest of the family.

Then watched Rodney and Earl win their match.

Mosconi cup is one of my very favorites to watch ...

Kind of like the Scotch doubles matches ... adds some interesting variety.
