The general consensus in pool is that top class women can't continually outperform semi-pro men. The lowest Fargorate for the top 100 Males (just U.S.) is around 720 or so and that's right about where the top FargoRate in the Worlds Women division.
Interestingly enough, there are slight differences in the psychology of the two genders that make men more inclined to perform well in pool and women not so much. Basically, the differences in slight cognitive abilities show up on a pool table but not a standardized test.
Karren Corr is certainly a monster but I don't think she's a modern Mosconi Cup candidate.
