Mosconi Cup Streaming ?

FYI - THIS YEAR Dennis finished with a 3-2 record (in singles and doubles), one of only two Americans with a winning record, along with Johnny. He defeated Nick Van Den Berg on the final day when the US trailed 9-7, and was on the verge of losing the Cup. Dennis' win brought the US team within 9-8, with Shane coming up next against Appleton. We all thought Team USA had a chance at this point.

Dennis came up big when he had to imo. It was a must win situation against Van Den Berg and he came though to give his team a chance at victory. If, as you say, "the wheels had truly fallen off," he would have never won this key match on the final day.

Nice post Jay. I agree and feel they would have put a fork in "at least" 90% of us if put in that situation.

I agree Jay. But for Dennis' big error playing shape on that 8-ball, he really played very well in the Cup.

Get em next year USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope Hatch is in there next year as well. He has some serious fire inside him.

I have to agree with Jay again, too.
And yes poolbum, I think that Hatch played his heart out again and was with archer .....the man
I know that all people will only remind his mistake on the 8 in a hill / hill situation,
but like Jay said, Hatchman brought the US back to 8:9 as he won the match against van den Berg.

Dennis played his second mosconi cup, right ??
In his first he was the MVP, and now he was the only american player with a positive record.
I think that says all about Dennis and his play - he is still "the man" and has the biggest heart out there.

As a european I am proud we won, but Hatch is a class act and an awesome player

Eric"h" ----- thinks maybe Hatch has the best mosconi cup record ever

I noted a distinctly annoying amount of *****ing about luck from both sides this year. If everyone realizes it all evens out (see Mika's 4-table-lengths-into-the-side-pocket shot) then it will stop the *****ing. It seriously annoyed the shit out of me to come here seeing true blue Americans complaining loud and proud how lucky the Europeans were, while at the same time Appleton and other Euro players complaining how lucky the US was. Luck in 9-ball? NO EFFING WAY!!! Seriously?!?!? I literally had NO idea, thanks for letting me know. JFC.
