What is the Format of the Tournament? Is Round Robin, Double Elimination etc....

None of the above. It's a series of doubles and singles matches pitting players on the US team against those of team Europe. Each match is worth a point. First team to 11 points wins the Cup.
 
It's just US team v. European team, so no double elimination or round robin. They change it up regularly and I don't think the exact format has been announced, but it will probably be some singles, some scotch doubles, and a whole team vs. whole team match. All fairly short races, probably to 6.

Watch some of the previous events on YouTube if you've never seen it before.
 
Same format as in previous years, which are all available on YouTube. A few years ago it used to be a race to 12, but now I guess it's going to be a race to 11.

I think I am going to bet $10 or $20 EVERY MATCH on the US
