I was inspired (for once) to practice a drill, so I started off with the Mississippi 9B drill discussed here-->THREAD
Until you try the Mississippi 9B drill, you have no idea how tough it is. I've had people look the table over and pick up their cue with supreme confidence only to shrink away after missing the 5 trying for position on the 6 or miss the 7 trying to get down table to the 8.
My Kim Steel has slightly soft pockets, so I decided to kick it up a notch and modified the drill to:
Mosconiac's 10B Drill:
Here's a video of me running the drill so you can see how hard I struggled with it. I had not played all week so I was a little shaky. I didn't feel a good groove to my stroke, but I got out.

As everyone should know, videotaping yourself is about the best tool you have to diagnose stroke problems.
I've spliced off the 3 & 4 ball shots and I would appreciate constructive criticism on my overall stroke. I see one significant problem that I would like to address (OK I have a significant weight problem too), but I'll see how you guys respond before discussing it further. Be honest, I can take it...all I care about is learning and improving. Besides...I'm married and I don't have any ego left to bruise!
3 & 4 Ball Shots Only:

Although it varies every once in a while, my typical pre-shot routine is to take two quick practice strokes, pause, take one slow practice stroke, pause, and deliver the cue with a pause at the end of the back stroke. This final pause is critical to me. Without it, I tend to punch the CB and fail to follow-through.
