Seven ahead for three thousand with $300 on the side. I was giving up the seven and the break on the barbox. Before this set, I had never played for more than three hundred. I went in the bathroom and threw up. I don't think the money would bother me, now. I was getting the money posted for me, though. I truely would rather lose my own than someone else's. This was early in my career. I was in my early twenties. I have bet it up (in my opinion, $100-1000) quite often since, so I think the money did have an effect on me. Now, "it's just a way to keep score."
