My 2014 SBE acquisition-JB Case

WOW, WOW and one more WOW,...

I accomplished what I went to SBE to acquire.... a new case! Well, not new exactly. But it is a very nice case. This is one of the nicer JB's I have seen at least in my opinion. There was a guy walking around trying to sell it and we made a deal.

It was made in 2011 so it's a few years old but I really like the slightly worn look and patina on the leather. When I showed it to Karen she told me she was the one who did the color on the tooling.

I'm hoping that JB chimes in with which model it is. I completely forgot to ask him. Plus, he was a bit hung over on sunday so I didn't want to bother him too much. Lol!

Let me know what you think. Sorry for the crappy photos, this is my first attempt at shooting a case.

Is it a 2/4, a 3/5 or even a bigger case? Just to imagine the sizes of it!
Actually, that's exactly what I mean, when I'm talking about a real beautiful fancy high end case! I really love that naturally look of that perfectly tooled leather with his designs and different colour nuances. I'm sure that in a few years it will get such a nice patina, that it will even look better than now!
A Bravo to you and of course I send also to John Barton a big compliment!
Best wishes from Switzerland
P.S. Sorry AZB-Members, but I had to show up those pics again!

It's a 3x6 but it's not as big as you may think.

Thank you for the kind words.
