Your question is not really clear, but I think I understand what you are getting at...
The "Pool 66" cushion should be installed with the canvas facing up.
But there is a little bit of confusion out there about the use of the "Intercontinental" cushions because, that cushion is actually what some people (in the U.S.) refer to as a K55.
So, some retail distributors have been telling their customers that it's ok to flip them over, depending on what you are using them for...
"If using on carom/billiard tables, depending on size of balls used, this cushion may need to be applied with canvas surface facing the play area. Call with questions."
The implication being, for an American pocket table, assuming that your subrail height and angle is correct first, you would install the Intercontinental cushion with the canvas facing up.
