My "Best Looking" Szamboti's

In response to Scott R's request for everyone's opinion on the "best looking" cues they have seen I was prompted to post here for the first time.

My tastes run very traditional and I have two Barry Szamboti cues that I think are in this category of best looking. I consider both of these cues to be very collectible, however, they do manage to get out of their cases almost on a daily basis and get to rack up some table time for my straight pool league nights. The ebony cue has been my playing cue since it was delivered four years ago, and now the rosewood has quickly become my cue of first choice. I can't stand not shooting with it.

With Jeff's assistance I am posting the pictures using links to IconCue's website. Anyone that has seen Jeff's cue pictures in this forum will quickly notice that he didn't take these photographs. Quite honestly, the quality being what it is, I am really surprised he offered to host them for me.

I just thought that I would share these photos with fellow pool and cue fanatics! :D

I really like the design on the rosewood!! Both cues, however, are beautiful. Perhaps if I hit the Powerball Jackpot I'll be able to afford to get some decent cues...lol.

How many cues does $70,000,000.00 buy?

As Jeff mentioned in this thread - I do not know of any Szamboti cues that I don't like - I have owned a couple of Gus's (one in particlar that I was sorry to see go) and another Barry. All were stunning and all played and hit great.

These two are now the depth of my collection...with the exception of an older McDermont break cue somewhere in the closet.

Jeff is just a nit, the way you worded it "my best" implied you had others that weren't your best, now I realize that you worded it in response to the previous thread asking for such, but I wish you'd ignore the nit and realize the joke in my reply. lighten up and don't let Jeff's attempt and seeking more attention sway you.

No, not everyone, just some like yourself who posts after me in every thread. Sure I have a few who don't care for me, but none have ever asked MANY people about me and asked them for pictures of me and my phone number. I'd say when given the facts jeff you seem to have more then the normal obsession with me. Keep talking and I'll continue to OPEN UP LOL.
