older case

Hi I looked at the case it looks like the case had been repaired at least once. The top lid has been repaired for sure. At first glance I would say its a Flowers case, In the 70s I saw alot of his cases in our area, a few
of my friends had one, but I myself am not sure, I know I mark mine in the grips and under the lid as well as inside the long pockets, I like to make sure that theres no mistake that I made it. I just dont make that many cases any more I repair more than I build.

Terry,

Did you take existing cases and modify them or build them from the ground up? Either way I like what you have done and each one is very interesting.

Yes I have done both also made prototypes as well.
But I repair more than build these days,
I have a cases or two on the table will post as soon as they are done
I have fixed alot of cases that others have thrown away. I have also converted cases from 2x4 to a 3x5 just by changing the inserts, along with the top and bottom covers

That's awesome. If you don't mind would you email me your information and I will be glad to add you to my website so that others can have a source to go to for case repairs and modifications? I get those requests a lot and I really don't want to do that work any more.

My email is jb@jbideas.com if you are interested
