Cue is a Titlist conversion done by a local cue maker in the 80's. Full splice with a wrap added. Brass joint with a 5/16x18 pin. When I purchased it the maker was unknown, and I decided to have the wrap changed to the classic white w/green. When I picked it up from the shop the owner informed me it was made by the previous owner and his mentor, from a batch of about 4 or 5 he did at once. Got to see one of it's 'sisters' that was still at the shop in the private stash.
Case is a Rusty Melton just acquired from England. It is everything I could have imagined and more - having seen Rusty's work pictured here many times, I am still blown away at the attention to detail and the artistry. Take it from me, if you ever get the chance to get one of his cases, don't hesitate, get it. They are true works of art by a master and I plan on having this one for a LONG time.
Enjoy (I wish I could take better pictures)
