I built this cue for my 11 year old daughter. She been playing a lot of pool lately and says she wants to build her own cue next. So it looks like I might have an apprentice pretty soon.

very nice cue man!!! i cant wait for my daughter to play i have 2 boys that play i made both of them sneakies i told them they had to learn to runout and then they could have any type cue they wanted and help me build it :-)

and 3 is alot but i just had my 4th and its not that much diffrent lol
 
great looking cue. My Daughter turns 7 in the summer. I'm Hoping my love of the game passes on to her.
 
Nice cue, love the rings! 3 kids = 3 cues - you will be busy, just don´t hope they are going to want to collect and make new ones also.....:)

Mine is closing 7 and I got here a cheap cue from Robin, she hasn´t falling in love with the game yet but I´m doing the best I can, now I going to set up a TV with Wii game in there so who knows:wink:.

Does anyone have a clip with some young kids playing? Maybe this will help showing her also.

You sir, are not only a craftsman, but, you are also a good man. You obviously have established a great relationship with your daughter.
Some of the best years of my life were raising my daughter. She is now 25 and we are still very close and love to recall the times we
spent together in my shop or on the boat. Most worthwhile endeaver of my life.

She's a good kid but she'll be a teenager in a couple years and I hope she still wants to hang out with Dad a little and not just her friends.
