My experience with Kumui Chalk

First off I dont have a dog in this fight. Frankly going in I was a bit skeptical - my cubes came in the mail today and I have been hitting a few balls with it. Like most have said its like mascara. I applied the chalk and started in my drill of hitting the long straight in shot. I felt like I was doing the limbo - seeing how low can I go. Hit 2 full racks (30 balls) shooting as low as I could and was drawing the cue ball almost effortlessly - with just one application. I decided to make the test even harder by applying a coat of silicon to the cue ball making it as slippery as possible.

Even then I couldnt mis cue. This stuff is a freak of nature. Trying to miscue and cant.

Is it expensive - yes. Is it fun - hell yes!

Cost

I opted for 2-3 day shipping from seyberts for 2 cubes and was about 61 bucks. I really like the stuff - its a freak of nature.

I have tried it, and it is different. I have struggled with purchasing one, due to the cost. Frankly, it may the lack of chalk residue that's the biggest benefit for me! Has anyone tried putting on a coat of the Kamui and then subsequently using Blue Diamond?
