Congrats to your work, Joseph.
I think you got the right person to help you making your cue - Eric builds some awesome pieces.

Joseph,

I'm positive the knowledge to gleaned from your time with Eric will become invaluable to in your cuemaking endeavor. I hope you will use your creativity and make your *own* style of cue.

Good luck in your journey... looking forward to see what you come up with.

A few months ago, I went down and spent a week with a cuemaker, he was the most hospitable person I've had the pleasure of meeting in quite some time. He taught me so much while I was there and yet I feel like I have so much more to learn. While I was down there I got to learn first-hand how to make a cue... By building my own! So for your viewing pleasure.... The First Cue I've ever built! Finished on Nov. Friday the 13th... I apoligize it's not that fancy... To be honest I never thought that the first cue I ever made would be this pretty...

Uncored solid Rosewood upper paired with an old growth Wormy Maple *that had Birdseye and Curly thrown in for good measure* 2 Beautiful Pingy shafts, they make that tink I love!

Hope you enjoy the pics!

Your one lucky dude!! I had the pleasure of meeting Eric Crisp at the Midwest cue show and he was one cool cat. He was generous and helpful with a lot of questions I had. You are probably one of few that have had this oppurtunity. Very cool. Nice job on the cue, looks greats. Tony
