Yes, his sneaky petes aren't so sneaky, they are somewhat fancy petes.

Yeah, there's nothing sneaky about them. Maybe Destrukkt is thinking about the original meaning of sneaky pete: one that looks like a house cue (maybe a conversion). Now, it seems that any cue with a one-piece butt is called a sneaky pete. Have I got that right?

man if I ordered a custom cue it'd def wouldn't be a sneaky pete. I'd want something more unique.

When I first started here, I did a lot of lurking and learning...it kept me from continually putting my foot in it.

You are off to a good start. I have heard and read a lot of good things about Josey cues.

Welcome to the world of cue collection and addiction. I started out with a plain jane from Chester Krick and now have many more.

Many great cuemakers will make "plain janes" because they say that the wood has too much character and looks too good to mess up with inlays or points. Nothing plain about them.

Anticipation or the journey is always part of and sometimes better than the destination.
