you know if your going to make a plain cue with no real inlays choice of wood is imperative and you did a great job. there classic examples of how you can make a cue pop without all the fancy bling :thumbup:
 
New cues

Those look great. Really impressive for just number 5 & 6. Keep up the good work and keep showing them off.

I like the joint rings on the second one, what pin are you using. I argree , you have to use great wood on a pj
 
It's a 3/8-10 joint pin.

I forgot to mention, these cues are fully cored. Using flat laminated maple cores. Definitely makes for a very solid hit.
