Thanks Larry! I have NO reason to think otherwise, so I'm pretty sure I'll really like this cue! I've never seen a cue that has grey veneers, so this will be interesting. I even like the windows in the bottom, and I'm not a fan of inlays at all...Maybe some inside of the points, but no more than that anymore cause they're kinda distracting to me. My favorite part has to be that it has points with veneers as I no longer have anything along these lines, but the leather wrap don't hurt one bit! lol, I go from NO cues with any kind of a wrap, to 3 cues with leather wraps in 1 weekend...maybe 4 if our trade went well for Bill.
My purpleheart plain jane DZ, my SHURTZ (now rewrapped), my new DZ in this thread, and possibly a gilbert I traded Bill for, if he's happy of course. I'll post pics in the gallery this weekend!
OK, its official...Bill's happy with our trade! I'm now the proud owner of a 6 point (purpleheart) GILBERT!!
