As someone who is still learning how to tell the cue maker of cue without seeing any marks on them could you identify the ones I am wrong on or left out. Even better yet teach me what characteristics on the cue give away the maker.

1. Barry Szamboti
2.Jossswest
3.Hercek
4.
5.Barry Szamboti
6.
7.Searing
8.Showman
9.
10. Black Boar
11.

Like Tattoo mentioned allready,
4. should be a Tascarella - you know, that old school Balabushka look
6. and 9. are Ron Haleys cues with his typical point and veneer style and his inlay and engraving style
11. a Darren Hill, but I don´t know much about his cues and styles

Last but not least I think the number 2 is no Josswest.
It has rings like Bill made some time ago, but I think its a Murrel

And now I would recommend you to start searching threw the cue gallery formum and look at many cues.
Look at all if you have the time, and after a while you will learn to see the typical things of many makers.

Eric"h" ---- is still learning after more then a decade

Congrats to some of your changes over the last year, Peter
Great collection, like allways and I love that brown Szam.
But why the hell you gave up your Gina´s and the Prewitt.

You know that one of these Ginas belonged to me

Eric"h" ------ hope to meet you again in March

Good job

Give me the ebony Szamboti or I tell your wife where all the money is going ;). I'm looking forward to hooking up with you and all my cue buddies at VF.
TommyT

You have exquisite taste Peter! The cues chosen show that...

Thank you very much for taking the time to capture a group photo.

Take care,
Chris

Thanks tattoo, Mira23, & Big-tattoo. I was thinking that No 2 was a Josswest during the time he did not put the JW on his cues cause of the ring and point style, but thought the inlays were weird for him. Thanks for the info and the correction.

Oh and that is one hell of a nice group. So when are you going to get No 12 to make an even dozen.
