The case is awesome but are the cues really low end? Judging on the butts those cues really looked nice...

Is that a covered name tag attached to the case, it almost looks like a gold tapper? How do you like the internal cloth sleeves?

Nope not a name tag. It's a crest like design accented in silver with a spot for the gold plated tip tapper. And the internal sleeves look and feel great, very soft.
