My LP Custom Cues - In Progress

Your cue looks great and I bet you cant wait to feel how it hits. I know I cant wait for my cue I won in Lee's raffle, But I just gave him my order the biggining of the week with the way I wanted it , and of coarse after seeing his gallery I had to throw in some extra's to be put on the cue;),, I hope your's plays as good as it looks ,,thanks for showing <<ED
 
Updated Dufferin SP Conversion Photos

This cue just needs another coat of clear and it should be good to go. Loving the micarta ferrule and that old growth shaft.

Can't wait to take it out for a spin.

I forgot to mention that I asked Lee to make the break cue and Dufferin SP have identical joints and joint collars so I could swap shafts around if I wanted to use the break cue as a player instead and vice versa.

Working with Lee on making cues is great. I can't recommend him enough to people...especially if you are ordering your first custom cue.
 
I also enjoy working with Lee. He made me a Dufferin SP Conversion a couple months ago, and he's working on another custom for me - this time one I designed. What can I say, he's the man.

I can't wait for them to arrive and I love staying in touch with their progress along the way. Lee is top notch.
 
Update on the 60" cue

Lee gave me an update on my cues today and I'm loving how they are coming along. The anticipation is killing me, lol.

This cue will have a black leather wrap when it is done.

Lee sent me some photos of the finished 60" cue...I can't wait for it to arrive.

The butt has a straight grain forearm with an ebony sleeve...clean silver ring work at all the positions with an ivory ring above the wrap. It's a 30"/30" split with a nice pebble leather wrap. Came in at 20.4oz. Nice old growth shaft with a micarta ferrule paired with a Molivia medium tip.

Finished Photos of the Break Cue

Here are some pictures of the finished break cue. It's 58", 22oz and the cue has straight carom taper from tip to bumper.

I'm betting it breaks nice and solid.
