My New Abalushka!

Nice to see another cuemaker

making this style of cue. Steve does a great job with these cues. It's nice to see someone shun the evils of c6n6c6 :)

These styles will never go out of style. Simple, elegant and bring us back to a simpler time..

Mark,

The Nova is being retired and will be sent to a stud farm where it can frolic and have lots of little Novas running around. What do you think about Butterfly Cocobolo for a name :D ?

Steve
I think it's a fine name for a fine cue from a fine lineage. Perhaps when one of those little Novas comes of age, you can send it out to a loving foster-father like myself. I can provide endless supplies of chalk, microfiber polishing, and a Jack Justis big-boy bed.

Good to talk to ya today, Steve. Go enjoy the HELL out of that cue. Can't wait to get mine next week!!!!

Mark

Mark,

Here's the Nova and it's first litter. One of the pups looks a lot like the "old man". Great stainless steel jointed Novas and, of course, you get the pick of the litter when you're ready ;) ...

Hmmmm....that "old man" looks mighty sexy to me.......

Good Lord, did I just say that??!! :) :)

You let me know when you want to give that one a new home.

...or...the third from the bottom...

...or...the one at the top....

Beautiful cue!

Steve is just starting mine, and it is also a "Classic Themed" cue. I won't spoil the surprise, but I will definately post some pictures when they come.

Mine will also have the stainless joint. I went back and forth for a while between that and the G-10 pin. My final decision was to go with the steel on this first one (as it's what I'm used to), and get a G-10 pinned one later.

Great choice of both design and maker.
