Really nice looking cue. I have never heard of this maker before. Could you elaborate on build and inlay quality. Would also be interested to know wait time and approx $.

beautiful cue i couldnt be more jealous. i missed an opportunity to
purchase 2 of his cues (one plain rosewood sp made for a Gus shaft).
He is a true artisan. And when Barry S. names you as a Great cue maker.......
 
when i went to turning stone indian casino in ny.. there was a dealer who had a Art Cantando it was beautiful.. and then there was a guy next to him who had a cue made by Jacoby that was an almost exact copy of the cantando.. that the guy had jacoby make from describing it to him.. i dunno if he found a pic and then made it but they both looked great..

The boat for a Art cue has been missed now.. Art Cantando didnt really start flying off the shelves before Barry Szam said that he taught Art a couple of things and IHO one of the best cue maker..

His cues prices going sky high now, as they arent many ard, and they are pretty fancy. i was told his workmanship is superb..

Also, Art is not exactly a spring chicken he wont be churning too many cues..

Ah..all these conditions makes for a great investment cue..
 
Bee-yoo-tee-full cue!!!

I thought the points and sleeve were bloodwood until the last picture. Is it cocobolo? Lord, that man does awesome work. I love the variation of the "peacock" inlay in the points.

Nice acquisition.... :cool:

The wood is Paduch.
