Nice Mcdaniels. I'm normally not a fan of floating points, but I like the simplistic design. Does it have a crisp hit or a soft hit?

What's wrong with the ferrule on the bottom shaft? Is it just the pic, it almost looks like it's cracked.

The cue has a very crisp hit.The ferrule is not cracked it has a sticker on it when i took the picture it was new the chalk on the tips was from my case.I played the cue last night and it played so smooth. I think I found a keeper. The balance is great and the shafts have some weight and are stiff but live. The cue weight is 19.3 oz which I love.It has a southwest type pin. This mcdaniels cue rocks and it probaly has some of the best birdseye maple I ever seen hard to see on the pictures.

That is a lot of chalk, might want to consider upending the case :p

Gratz on finding a cue that fits you perfectly.
