As was mentioned on the main forum a few weeks ago I built Jack Justis a new website and he has built me a new cue case. After UPS driving me crazy by not updating the shipping information all week the case arrived right on time despite their tracking system showing it still languishing in Florida. I'd already seen the pictures of it but seeing it first hand was something else again. I am quite sure I got the better end of the deal with Mr. Justis.
The full case can be viewed on his website here.
The pockets are somewhat smaller than those on my cheap 'n' cheerful 3x6 Porper vinyl case. Being a pack rat I had no idea how much redundant crap I had been carrying around with me. Although the side zip design he uses is a little restrictive compared to the Porper where the zip runs all the way around the top it does ensure items in the pockets will not easily fall out if you pick up the case without remembering to zip it up first. Also having to have had the plastic zips replaced on 2 cases I really appreciate details like the high-quality all metal zips Mr. Justis uses.
This is a small price to pay however for having this beautiful creation over my shoulder when I enter the Pool Room. I have it in my office at work all day and I have to stop myself leaning round the monitor to stare at it or I never get any work done!
