My new mottey

Nice Cue

Love that Mottey- Did Paul build it specificallly for you or did you pick up the cue 2nd hand thru a dealer/collector? Seeing that cue makes me wish I had kept my Mottey. :(
 
A guy I used to play with had a Mottey, and the hit was exquisite. Enjoy yours.

how do you measure "harmonics"? what do you look for?

When the cue hits the ball i like the cue to make a very unique "tang" sound. It almosts sounds like your hitting a musical triangle but one with a very very low tone. All the great hitting cues i have ever played with, my old Keith Josey, My buddy's Scruggs and this Mottey as wel as cosmos cue that he made himself have this sound.

i am not sure if that describes it well enough but i am sure alot of people know what i am talking about. I think it is the Ivory joints my self, since my lambros doesn't make the same noise.
