my new tad...

just an update...about a month ago i pulled this cue out of its storage case....and to my suprise the mysterious odd finish on the cues joint was easily removed with a paper towel....it was just some sticky crap...

:thumbup:here are pics......my question is the finish on the cue is not very good...i have never seen a tad with a really fine finish..if i sent it to proficent and had them refinish cue would it decrease the value of the cue? or should i send it to kevin and have him do it? i like a really clean smooth looking finish but i dont want to lower the value of the cue by putting a non tad finish on it..azers what would you do?thanks mickey carroll

call Dennis Searing at (561) 792-3222 If Dennis will refinish your TAD it can only increase the value. He's pretty good at turn around on repair work.

i plan on leaving it with the original finish....doesnt bother me as bad as it did when i got the cue.....i dont think it would increase the value of the cue...but it would sure make it look brand new...but i have to come to the realization that it is not new...i love the way it plays and i really like the thinner butt diameter....
