Just got a Carolina last week, and a good friend of mine Chuck Little played a few racks with it, instantly fell in love with it. Offered me more than I got it for, but I loved it also. then, he dropped the WTF? bomb and offered me his one-off Samsara strait across for it! He had it sent back to Samsara for a refinish a year ago, requested an appraisal from them, they said it would be over 3 grand! So for the collectability/value, I had to do the deal...I was a little baffled that he would go upside down on the trade, but he said that the Carolina just automatically felt like the perfect hittin cue for him so loss wasnt an object, and he got a heck of a deal on the Samsara, so to him, it was a wash.
