Just received it today. It is cue #50 on Tony' site, http://www.zinzola.com/
Click on CUES and look for #50. This cue has to be seen up-close and in person to be fully appreciated. It looks even better than the photos show. There is a lot of detail that doesn't show up in the pictures.
The cue is simply beautiful. Long even points with some of the cleanest veneers I've ever seen... and I've seen plenty. The point work is amazing.
Everything white is ivory. The inlays are ebony, ivory and silver and everything lines up. The overall fit/finish appears to be flawless.
The wrap is elephant ear. You have to look very carefully to find any hint of a seam. It is very nicely done.
This cue is forward balanced and feels great. The hit is right up there with the very best I've ever hit with. Somewhat stiff shaft tapers. Just right for me.
As far as I can tell, Tony Zinzola's work ranks very high and can be compared to the very best known and respected big name cuemakers. He's that good right now... and his designs are just getting started. My advise is to get one now... because there is no doubt his waiting list will only get bigger, as players and collectors discover Tony Zinzola.
