Pics after with replaced butt cap, refinish (with finish over new wrap), and new Schon shaft to go with it.
The boys at Schon took great care of me, in a timely fashion I might add!! I couldn't be happier with the cue.

It looks to me that the wrap also has the finish over it?
As I mentioned in the past, I would save the original shaft. Some folks will pay top premium dollars for these shafts with the old "SCHON 13" engraved on the collar. They are hard to come by.
