these are my words and my opinions

Pool is a jigsaw puzzle

EVERY player has some of the pieces to that puzzle.

every player has a different set of those pieces. some have more pieces than others.

SPF training from what I can tell so far ( I am still new to it) the instructor recognizes the pieces you have and doesn't waste time trying to teach them to you.

Pieces can be grouped into distinct category's..

and THE most important category is the repeatable stroke... the border pieces of the puzzle

if you have the right frame the other pieces have relevance but without the frame the rest of the pieces are useless..

and I believe that this is why SPF teaches what it does and when.

these guys are not keeping secrets... they are giving you the knowledge you are ready for when you are ready for it..

this stuff is gold..

I get it now...

Just My Opinion (imo)...

The only thing anyone can teach a student of any game, including billiards, is the proper fundamentals. The rest is up to the student to put the pieces together (so to speak).

The quiet eye is a part of the eye patterns that the SPF instructors teach. It is using your mind and eyes to effectively get the information that you need when you need it.

My opinion of SPF

I think they just put that on the label to make you think it works better than the other sun blocks.

The teacher is correct and it is awful hard to put a puzzle together without the pieces..... How do I know, been there done that....
