BIH anywhere. I like to allow using the plus-2 system when the object ball gets knocked to the wrong side of the table. Some positions are nearly impossible to hit by the usual corner-5 system. Let's just specify at least three cushions first and the far end rail has to be one of them. I think allowing a wider variety of shots will widen your experience.
