well i hope this comes out good enough,
all but a simple design, coz i will go for playability,
wood to wood construction per se,
with just an A,B,C,D ringworks
1al1 solid hard rock maple "low deflect shaft" 13mm, ferrule is a x-ferrule use by mezz in their hybrid and wd-700 shafts but with a little twist
pin is SW brass pin 3/8 x 11
mezz bumpers for all 3 of these cues, mezz extensions too

these cues are made by AL Bautista for me,i gave my own specifications and supplied some material to finalized construction thanks

That's hot! i always thought that's how "a" joints were supposed to be done but after seeing others i guess i was wrong.

it's a great idea making the cue with the mezz extension capable bumper. the next cue i order will have a mezz bumper for sure!

well fellow pool fanatics, these cues are already finished and i might say my idea works wonders for me, i love playing the gaboon combo and even the cue maker who just follow my specification and design(on how to join the forearm and handle) was so surprise with what it turned out to be a monster hitter. at first i not accustom in hearing the ping sound at every shot but as my fellow players notice it(ping), they thought something is wrong with the shaft or tip or ferule but totally nothing is wrong, it's just the solidness hit it produces.when they tested it even some Filipino pro's they were quite surprise of the solidness it gives, some even as a custom maker to even go to the place i have been playing just to test and copy it, but i told the player that your cue maker will definitely/can make a exact replica but not the feel, :))))) well i fitted this with my southwest shaft and mine you it plays beautifully i wont trade this beauty for anything as of the moment (in terms of playability, performance and feedback it gives me)

I have always thought that is the way a cue should be made. Alot more work but all wood! Thanks for showing us your cue. Can't wait to see the finish product.
