Mystery cue that was sold on Ebay?

I don't want to be the one to bust your bubble here, but your $2800 number is simply not realistic.. If the cue had the TS logo on it you would have a $1500-$1700 maybe in this market.. Oh yea, the cue you referred to on Cornerstones website.. I used to own that cue which is the reason I bid up to $900 for your cue.. I had that Cornerstone cue listed in a very good market about 3 years ago for $1900 and it didn't sell.. That cue was perfect and it had the TS logo.. We all wish our cues were worth the big numbers, but in fact they are not.. Especially now.. You have a nice cue there if you are going to play with it.. There are a number of cue collectors that are always looking for the old Joss, Scruggs, R-Series cues and I can assure you most or all of them saw your cue on Ebay and chose not to bid any higher.. Enjoy your cue my friend.. It looks like a nice one..

So a unsigned TS cue like this is worth 900 if you don't own it? That's crazy right. 3 old growth ivory shafts??? Really. I thought the cue market was off like 30 percent not 65.

If you owned the brown stained ivory dot cue sold by Cornerstone should know what this is. No offense but this place has really gone to the birds. Funny what motivates people.

You are exactly right my friend. I was 95% sure it was a Scruggs and I stopped at $875.. Not because I didn't think it was worth the money, but without a logo it is an unmarked cue.. A nice one, but still unmarked.. As an afterthought.. If I was inclined to own the cue, I certainly would..
