Mystery "Steve Mizerak"

Is anyone able to tell me more about this cue? It bears the Adams/Competition Cues Lion on the buttcap without the name. It has an unusual "windows" pattern on the butt and forearm and bears a "Steve Mizerak" script signature. I don't think it's anything fancy or valuable; I'd just like to know more.
