The N.U.T.S. was accepted very well. The reports from the Joss and Planet-Pool tours were very nice.

Thanks,

Mj

I know our 8 qualifiers were relieved to have gotten in so early. Now everyone else can keep fighting it out. It definitely added more energy to the competition.

Thanks everyone for your support!

Just curious...What are your plans for the Western Region. It seems like all the regional tours are Florida or the Eastern Region. Every so often a event shows up in California, but no "tour". I know of nothing serious since the "Desert Dust Off" about 12 years ago that has been to Arizona.

In your region you have the "J. Pechauer West Coast Tour" and the USPPA.
Contact onthewire@aol.com for mor information about the J. Pechauer West Coast tour.

Step up to the Mike

Massey, Janis, Zuglan, Webb, Shamos, etc, etc etc

What is it about having the name Mike that guarantees you'll be an enduring credit to the game of pool?

Maybe what our sport needs is a few more guys named Mike.

Are their any Texas qualifiers?

Not yet. We are working towards including other tours that are not participants of the Unified Tour System yet.

Here are some of the other tours we are trying to make arrangements with. They are still in the decision making process.

J. Pechauer West Coast 9-Ball Tour
NYC Tour
Florida Men's Pro Tour
Fast Eddie's 9-Ball Tour
Midwest 9-Ball Tour

Are these the regional tours in the N.U.T.S. to date, Joss NE 9-Ball Tour, PP 9-Ball Tour, Viking Tour, Fury Tour?

Is Hampton Ridge joining N.U.T.S.? There is a $1,000-added Hampton Ridge tournament this coming weekend at Champions in Laurel, Maryland, beginning Saturday, April 23, 2005, and concluding Sunday, April 24, 2005, with play beginning at noon.

Thanks.

I don't think we could ever have enough Mike's in our sport!

Yes, Absolutely, the the Hampton Ridge Tour is a par of the N.U.T.S.

In fact Jose "JAB" back dated the Hampton Ridge Tours inclusion into the NUTS from 2 events ago and paid the NUTS fees for the players out of his own pocket so everyone in his new season will be involved.

That's awesome! Not only shows how much he believes in the new system but also how much he cares about his tour and the players. TAP TAP TAP for Jose!
