I know this is going back a ways, (1967) a tournament held at the, "Q Masters Billiards" in Lansing, MI. The tournament was Won by a player from Chicago. The "Great Lakes Open," had 29 players in the field. The tables that were used in this room were, Brunswick "Sport King's."

In the front row as I look at the picture there is a guy on my left in a suit and tie I don't know who he is but next to him I think is Bill Hawkins , after Hawkins I don't know who it is, but the next guy I can id for sure is Jimmy Cattrano Jr. Well that is it for me .

With JUST ONE reply so far, it's not going to be difficult calculating Who'll win the contest!

Hawkins, Cattrano, Bob Ameen, Bob Strange, Gil Alias, Ernie Presto, Mike Donnolley, Frenchy(?), Carl Conlon, Bob Letherby, Bob Mullen. And is that your Dad in the back row near the right? I can't recognize him for sure

Not bad Dave, glad to see someone who still remembers some of the people who started the organization we have today!

It's funny because I could remember Bob Mullen's last name so I described who he was and that I worked for him for a few months, than I remembered thus the edit. It was just easier. :)

We have a WINNER! Dave Gross, I've known since he was in his late teens early 20's when he used to run around with, Mike Bengals and Mazin Shooni from Detroit.

Dave became a nice player later on when he moved to California, he now lives in Colorado.

Dave, I know ALL the players in the photo, except for about 5 or 6 of them.

From left to right. Front row: Bill Hawkins, Leonard Rosenthal, Jimmy Catrano, Don Tozer, Bob Strange, Bob Ameen, Mike Donnelly, Bob Below, John Bonner.

Back row: Carl Conlon, Bob Leatherby, Gene Johnson, Bud Harris (WINNER), Harry Sims, Everet Kirk, Norman Ross, GIl Elias, Bob Mullens, Merhl Smith and Gordon Green.

Dave, I'll ship out your poster, with a little something special for you buddy!

The tall guy in the center & blue shirt, may be a guy named John "Windy" (forgot last name). ?

That's funny, I knew Leonard, Gene & Harry quite well but not from these years, I didn't recognize them. Also knew Below, Bonner (recognized but couldn't remember the name) & Bud Harris when I moved to CA. It's a fun picture and brought back memories.

Thanks for the contest but mostly for the memories. but just to be accurate, I left the Detroit area in 76 and didn't run into Mazin until early 90's.
