Dennis,

The address on the thread has been corrected. In all other publications, in print and online the address is correct.

Regarding the state championship title, other than league based state championships, all others to my knowledge are generally open to non state specific residents. The WPBA regional tour events that are state championships are open to residents from other states as well as many across the country.
