Need (2) 3/8 by 10 Aluminum Pins for a Jump Cue???

I'd have to check but I probably have a couple laying around but I'm in Canada and you'd get them from the US before mine ever thought of getting close to you.

Thanks buddy, I'm not too concerned about the price though.

I just want to know what would be the best for a jump cue pin.

I think Lomax uses a 3/8X10 Aluminum as well.
 
Why is the cue maker not supplying the pins? There are several variations of 3/8-10 pins and which one to use is kind of a personal preference. It kind of depends on your makers preference.

Well my cue maker doesn't make jump cues to be honest.

And he never uses aluminum pins so I just figured he wouldn't have any in stock.

I wanted to ship him the supplies to make it easy on him and ask him to do it if he ever got around to it.

Kind of a big request/favor so I wanted to be the smallest pain in the butt possible.

Do you have any suggestions for me Mr. Tucker? I would love your input.

Well, I know your preferred cue maker so I would ask him to make it with his standard 5/16-18 pin and his optional phenolic insert.

Thanks, I was just unsure about the weight of the titanium pin he uses but on second thought I guess it's negligible.

If price is not an issue, why not just get Steve to build you a jump cue. He makes the best as far as I know. It takes more than just the pin to make a great jump cue. The only issue is he can't make them fast enough. That should tell you something.

I have one and don't regret it.

What the hell are you talking about man? I own a Lomax and have bought over 10 from him in the past 2 years.

If you look at any of my posts about jump cues I always refer to Lomaxes as the best jump cues on the planet.

Quit making douchebag remarks when you don't know me or what you're talking about.

I agree that lomax cue are some of the best jump/breakers out there. hope to afford one one day.

Plus MR Lomax is a very nice kind person. I meet him personally at the DCC and we probably talked cues for 3 hours.Learned so much
