Need advice for new pool hall

Something all you guys need to keep in mind when you look at the price used tables for sale, and that's the delivery and setup cost...per table, and that can run at least $700-$1000 per table when you add in the cost of cloth as well as balls and cues, not counting repairs to the tables....provided you find a mechanic that is GOOD enough to do this work, because if you don't...your tables are going to reflect that, and that will transfer to your customers...and the next thing you know...YOU may just be the next one trying to sell USED tables;) why do you think there isn't that many used Diamonds on the market...vs Brunswick's?;)

there is simply no other table that plays as well as a Diamond Pro Am. If you could somehow get a great deal on all GCVs, that would be an almost equal IMO if you get the pockets tightened properly.. the thing that may give them an edge is the GCVs will look stunning brand new, even better than a diamond. But in terms of how the table plays, the cream of the crop and the future of pool is Diamond tables... period. If you want to give players exactly what they want and if you want to bring in passionate players and make it a gem you should be putting in Diamond Pro Ams and treating them with the best care you can. It should be like cutting the grass at Wimbledon, something you take pride in... those tables are the stage for great performances and need to be clean for the show
