Need help about ebay

These is not about a pool related item but I need some help and thought about asking here. But something like these could happen with a pool cue.

I bought a cheap 32gb usb stick flash memory from Hong Kong something like $50 which I paid through with paypal with a credit card.
When I received the item and tested it, It seem like a 32gb but you could only store about 2gb and after that it corrupted data and it was unusable.
I contacted the seller, after that I opened a dispute with paypal I followed the instructions through ebay and paypal. I asked for a refund and after 4 days, today I got my refund. I had asked for his address to ship back the item which he send me today after the refund. So far so good.
After that I got an email and a message in my ebay account UNPAID ITEM REMINDER The seller open a dispute about the same item that it was unpaid :mad:
I was going to send back the item tomorrow because the Post office is closed for today.
Any suggestions....???

I am just happy that these didn't happened to me with a $1000 cue.
 
I wouldn't panic yet. Contact the seller directly and find out what the issue is. Some people sell hundreds of items every week on eBay, and it could simply be a mistake. Direct communication with the seller is always your best bet. :)
 
After a dispute you can go to the next lelvel and ask for a resolution to the case. I did and won, but never recieved any payment from the seller. I did get a $100 voucher from eBay and that was more than the price of the cue case. Good luck. Mitch
