A friend of mine just bought what he thinks is a predator but doesn't know what model. The shaft has a predator logo but with a target over it. It looks like cross hairs. Can anyone enlighten me on just what it is? The file for the picture he sent me is too big for the forum. Can anyone verify that predator put a different logo on the shaft other than the z or the 314 numbers?

Can you edit...

Can you put the photo in photoshop or another photo editing program and isolate the logo? Then maybe it would fit in the forum. Jus' sayin'

Cross Hairs

The shafts that I have with a circle and cross hairs are True Hit shafts by Showcase Billiards. I've never seen a Predator shaft with that logo, not to say that there isn't one. Predator has a lot of stuff

Does it look like this one

ernie martinez worked for showcase for some time.

I think Ernie was gone by the time they developed the True Hit shaft. Those old Showcase Ernie's are some of the best playing cues I own. The newer Showcase cues with the True Hit shaft have a completely different hit, but they are good cues. A lot of people in Denver play with them.
