Need help identifying a cue

A friend of mine has a cue he bought in Miami from a guy needing money about 5 years ago. I have no idea what it is, and would like to get some of your ideas.

Is any of the white ivory and does it have an ivory joint, looks like a 3/8 pin?

Close up macro pictures of the joint and pin, inside the joint, inside the butt cap with the bumper off, and of the bumper and screw. If there is a weight bolt, picture of the weight bolt also.
