Need Help Identifying a Cue

Never saw brass on the shaft side of the collar without brass on the the forearm side. Up to date pin with alot of things right here.
 
Isn't there somebody in Texas making odd brass jointed cues? I seem to remember an advertisement where they stand on a cue to show the joint strength.

This is different than their standard joint as I remember it, but maybe something they did..... it's the closest I could come....and I can't remember the name but their was a post about one within the last couple or three months.

If you would have just shown me the shaft I would have said it's just some run-of-the mill import cue...not so great. Show me the butt and I tend to the opposite. They are so different they don't seem to match. :confused:

I dont really want too sell it just some info on who might be the maker of the cue sorry to post it in items for sale but they are more cue experts on here than anywhere if somebody knows what my cue is this is the section to post :)
