I think it’s a joe porper cue but the logo doesn’t say porper. It’s JP together. Just the two letters touching each other. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know who can fix them tho. May cost a little but it’ll be fixed and totally refinished and like brand new than.
You'll have more into the cue than it is worth if you spend the money replacing all that ivory

Just a joint and a ferrule. His cues are hard to find and worth some bucks. Everything white in the cue is ivory.
Joint and ferrule(ivory) installed should run you around 300bux from a quality builder.
I liked that logo. Joe used it for a while towards the end of his cue making years, but Jerry Pechauer contacted him and asked him to change it, since Pechauer also had a JP overlap logo. Joe complied and went with a fat porper decal logo after that for his remaining cues.
The buttcap is plastic but the rest is ivory. Joe did not like using ivory in the buttcap and refused to do it.

I just noticed the cue is listed on ebay. Might be worth an offer. In the day that cue would have sold for $1400 or $1500 resale, before the cue market crashed. I always respected Joe's workmanship.
Today that cue is worth $600 in good shape
