Need help identifying a table

I hope I am posting this in the right place, but if not, maybe someone can move it for me. I just purchased this table for a very reasonable price. It needs a lot of work, but I have the time and hopefully the patience. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of table this was and possibly a range of year? I appologize about the pics, but they are all I have. This does have a plate on one of the rails that says Franks Billiard Table Co. Bowery NYC, but someone told me that it was probably the company that installed it. Any help would be appreciative and I'm sure I will have a lot more questions in the future.

It has a Bwick style ball return but hard to really determine without a sideview.
I'd guess a Bwick Wilmington circa 1925 which was about the simplest style table they made.
Hope you have the crossmember that's missing in the pic.

It is definately a 9 ft table. not sure about the bolts though. I am kind of curious what it is worth if anyone has an idea. I really picked it up cheap, but as I said, it needs a lot of tlc. Is there a way to check the rubber on the rails to see if they are any good without them installed on the table?

Not to sound mean, but if you really want to know what kind of table it is, (which is the only way to determine when it was made) you will have to provide better pictures. There's no way around it.

Repost with better pics and I bet you'll get an answer.

I will post more pics after I pick the table up. I have bought it, but the weather has been good enough to grab it yet. The pics posted were ones the seller had posted.
