NEED HELP identifying cue

First idea is Palmer, although I'd post this in the cue gallery section to get more responses. Better pictures would help too, close up of inside of the butt end, the butt itself, (which looks tired), joint too....forearm looks titlist-ish...

It's not a Palmer but it's possibly a Doc Frye. Try contacting Classiccues on here, Joe Van Buren.
