I happened to come across this cue recently and was wondering if anyone could put a name and value with the cue. From information I was given it would be circa 1969-1970 and was originally purchased from a Billiards store in Chicago for somewhere around $100.00

You can see it's fairly simple but it appears to have a very solid piloted joint so I thought someone may have an idea.

I would need to see better pics...but I don't think this cue is what it was portrayed to you to be, and I do believe I may know what it is.

Let's see clear pics of the joint faces and what's under the bumper, as well as the forearm.

I want to hold my idea for the moment about what exactly I think it might be. Let's see those better pics.

New photos of Joint and Butt cap added.
I was told that the bumper was added aftermarket and it did not come with one.

The bumper was the first thing that was out of place. The bumper was saying it wasn't from that era.

I'm going to go through some resources....

I don't think it is a custom though.....

Cue is a import cue from the early ,80s.

Yeah, that's what I am thinking. The joint collar, pin, and rings give it away. They were sold throughout the eighties under numerous brand names...one of which was Victory I think.
