Most of the mdf i'm seeing is backer boards. The main crossbeams support the weight. Its more than stout enough to play ok. Most all home tables share this const. style. If i had room i'd snag a deal like this. That is a lot of MDF under that table supporting the slate.
Not a Gandy or a Connelly. Its an import of some kind. The underneath pics look exactly like the vast majority of import stuff.Possibly a Gandy.
It looks a little from the side of the table as a Connelly The Ultimate, but those have 2' four piece slate.
Is it a 9 footer? Yes around 9’x6’
looks great and likely will play well with big pockets for your home. nice wood and 6 legs is the ticket to quality for older tables.
might have been worked on in the past. so who cares.
i would put a grand into it getting it set up if needed.
unless you are one of those that has to have tight pockets and super fast cloth to test your self. then go get a diamond.
Makes sense. Here’s what I got.Youre opening a can uh worms now.
When taking size on a pool table, outer measurement isn't used, we use playing surface length.
9' table is 100" inner length.
Makes sense, right?!?!
