Need Help on Crutch Tips

HI. I am from Europe and i was looking for rubber Crutch Tips to use on my drill to mount shafts for changing tips. Found em on ebay and some other online store but they don't seem to deliver to Europe .
I would really apreciate if someone who allready knows what size crutch tips are needed for mounting a shaft and the butt of a house cue , and can buy them for me (they are like 5-10$ max for bolth) and ship them to me.
I can pay trough paypall m just let me know how much would the shippement be. I am helpless here, let me know. Thanks.

The ideea is that i don't know the exact measurements i need to fit a shaft and butt. That's why i asked for help. For someone how purchased those kinds of crutch tips before it's easyer. And one other thing, we use metric system here, those arein inches...i'm confused .

They will vary slightly, but on average:
Joint ends are approx .835 - .850 inch (21.209 - 21.59 mm)
Butt end is 1.2 - 1.3 inch (30.48 - 33.02 mm)
Tip end is 12 - 13 mm
