Yes, but measure the thickness of the joint with a micrometer to make sure that the replacement shaft will fit it properly. Meucci cues are often slightly smaller than some of the other 5/16x18 cues, ie, they may run 0.828-0.835" while many other cues will run 0.840 and up to around 0.860". That means there is always the risk of having a lip at the joint of the cue. If you order a shaft from Meucci or a custom cue maker, and you know the diameter at the joint, they can make it to properly fit the cue you want it for.

Yes, most players cues are 5/16x18, but to my knowledge the jump/break models come with double Quick-Release 5/16x18 joints in which case they would not fit a Meucci shaft.
